The store was so packed out that the celebrity contingent of Chris James, Thom Robinson, Alex Bunting and Barnsey himself were relegated outdoors to watch from the street.
Thrash’d was very well received by the crew, many of whom succumed to Barnsey’s subliminal advertising techniques and queued up to get their hands on some Iamnone gear after the show.
The bigwigs then signed some paraphernalia out the front of the store and mingled with groms and parents alike..
It was refreshing to see such a positive response to a promo/premiere on the northern beaches after a string of lackluster turnouts at similar events over the last few years… let’s hope it’s a sign of bigger things to come!
